The multi-code reader is installed using the suitable mounting set and connected to the controller (PLC) via the process interface. |

Fix the trigger sensor so that it detects the edge of the workpiece carrier and switches when a code is in the field of view of the multi-code reader. |
 |
The sensor parameters are set via an Ethernet adapter cable using a common PC. Only five guided steps are necessary for the multi-code reader to be ready for operation – it couldn't be easier.
