Decentralised detection, measurement and display of compressed air consumption.

  • Optimised consumption of compressed air
  • Allocation of consumed quantities
  • Monitoring of leaks
The installation of several measuring points in the compressed air system clearly shows where and how much compressed air is consumed. Thus the consumption can be allocated to production processes or products for optimising cost structure.

Decentralised detection, measurement and display of compressed air consumption:
The decentralised installation makes early leak detection possible. Up to 30% of the generated compressed air is lost on the last third of the distance to the consumer due to leaks. Due to the high sensitivity of efector metris, even minute leaks are detected, which can then be repaired at an early stage, allowing cost savings.

1) Decentralised location of efector metris in the supply pipe to the individual machine unit.

2) Location of efector metris in the supply pipe prior to distribution to several installations or machine units.
